A transformative company
Canaraflor is much more than a cooperative; it is a family that, for more than 35 years, has helped transform a small hamlet in the northwest of Murcia into one of Spain’s most important centres of cut flower production.
OUR HISTORY
From 1989 to the present day
Foundation
In 1989, a group of brave and entrepreneurial farmers decided to invest in a new product: cut flowers.
Growth
The arrival of new members and the growing demand for flowers led to the construction of the first facilities.
Consolidation
Opening up to the international market helped position Canaraflor as a benchmark in the sector.
Present Day
In 2025, Canaraflor inaugurates its new, modern facilities following the fire suffered in 2022.

ALWAYS IN CONTINUOUS GROWTH
Canaraflor S.C.L. is a well-established cooperative, consolidated in 1990, bringing together more than 70 member growers, with a total cultivated area exceeding 42 hectares. These figures position it as the largest cut flower producing company in Spain.
In 2024, Canaraflor surpassed 500 million stems harvested and achieved a turnover close to 10 million euros, reflecting the collective effort of its members and the trust placed in us by our customers.
We operate our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles, ensuring that the cold chain remains intact from reception at the warehouse through to final delivery. Thanks to this logistics infrastructure, we distribute our flowers throughout Spain, Portugal and various European countries, always guaranteeing fresh, long-lasting products of the highest quality.
